I hereby agree that I have reserved Upstate Digital Photography
to take pictures at my wedding/special event. I understand that pictures taken
will be presented to me on CD(s) as they were taken. No adjustments, modifications
or touch ups will be made to my pictures as part of my package. Client
agrees not to hold Upstate Digital Photography
responsible for specific pictures not received unless agreed upon (in writing)
prior to the event. Upstate Digital Photography will send
within 30 days days of my event my pictures, in addition I own the pictures and
can duplicate, print and publish without interruption from our Photographer. The
Photographer reserves the right to publish, print or otherwise use any of my photos
at the photographers discretion.

I understand that I have specified above
what package I have ordered and agree that should I exceed the amount of time
any part thereof I will be charged at a rate of $175.00 per hour. All packages
are subject to state tax. Shipping is included in all packages. Upstate
Digital Photography agrees to give me my pictures on CD(s) as outlined
per package above. Unless specifically agreed upon in writing by customer and
photographer prior to event, the customer releases the photographer of any liability
of specific pictures being taken. If client has chosen Videography they are hereby
asked to read carefully the videography agreement posted on the Company's website
and by signing below they understand this agreement (Videography) is part of this
Photography agreement and agree with its terms.

I further agree to authorize Upstate Digital Photography to charge my Credit Card
should I fail to keep my agreement, cancel after booking or for overtime charges. Should
my event be canceled, I understand that no refund will be given. I understand that
Upstate Digital Photography will charge my card within 7 days of my wedding/event unless
I have paid balance in full. A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. Upstate Digital
Photography agrees to retain copies of all pictures for purpose of reorders for a period of
six months.
